When using HitClays, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for its intended purpose of managing competitive shooting sports events, tracking scores, and sharing results.
• Provide accurate information when creating accounts, events, and participant records.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Respect the rights and privacy of other users, including participants, team members, and spectators.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, event data, or platform infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation, including through automated scripts, bots, or denial-of-service attacks.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any content that could harm the platform or its users.
• Manipulate scores, leaderboards, or event results in a fraudulent manner.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HitClays and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, for access to the platform during the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the United States. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
